Order Quantities: As all our sports bottles are custom made, we reserve the right to deliver up to a variation of plus or minus 10% of the ordered quantity, and to adjust our final invoice charges accordingly.
Product Colours: A full list of bottle and cap colours are available on request. Product colours do vary from model to model and furthermore, colour variations from stated Pantone references may occur. There may also be variations in colour on any re-orders and exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed.
Special Product Colours: For orders of 5,000 pieces or more, special matched colours can be supplied, prices may differ from those published depending on the material and colour supplied.
Artwork: To be supplied via email or CD/DVD in a vectored eps format, both PC or MAC formats are acceptable. Full artwork guidelines are outlined on our website. We reserve the right to charge for requested changes to customer’s supplied artwork or when artwork cannot be supplied to our requirements.
Artwork Approvals: We always send an artwork visual with each order. Please ensure that the product and lid type, colours, layout and spelling are all correct. Once the visual has been approved and returned we cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions.
Registration Issues: On designs where multiple colours and close registration of two or more colours are required, there is the possibility of mis-registration of up to 1mm, depending upon the size, shape and design of the artwork. This tolerance meets industry standards and must be considered acceptable.
Bottle Washing Instructions: Please hand wash using a mild washing detergent in hand hot water. All bottles & caps are suitable for top rack dishwasher use only and should not under any circumstances be used in industrial dishwashers.
Ink Colours: A wide range of stock ink colours are available, Pantone matched inks colours can also be supplied on certain products in our range at no extra charge. Due to the nature of our printing process, exact ink colour matches on certain coloured bottles cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery: All orders are normally delivered within 2 – 3 weeks after approval of artwork, an express delivery service is also available. Where an order is accepted with a specific delivery date, whilst the Company will make every effort to meet the date requested, no liability will be accepted for the consequences of any delay. All risk in the goods supplied to the buyer shall pass at the time of delivery to the buyer’s premises. Title to the goods supplied will not pass until the buyer makes payment in full. The Company reserves the right of lieu on any of their goods already in the buyers possession to the value of the unpaid account. Claims for the non delivery must be made to the Company and carriers within 14 days of invoice. Shortages must be notified within 7 days.
Payment: All invoices supplied will clearly state our payment terms. On pro-forma sales, if for any reason payment is late, we reserve the right to charge for storage costs incurred.
Cancellation: Cancellation of orders will not be accepted once the manufacture of the goods has commenced. The buyer will indemnify the seller against all damages, penalties, costs and expenses to which the seller may become liable as a result of work done in accordance with the buyers design or copyright, or the buyer’s customer’s registered design or copyright.
Returned Goods: Special printed and manufactured goods will not be accepted for return, unless proven faulty. Any fault must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery. All goods found to be faulty or wrongly printed must be returned prior to the replacement order being delivered. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ascertain the suitability of the product prior to ordering. Our products are not manufactured or sold as 100% watertight and therefore are not recommended for any activities where this requirement is necessary.
UK Law: All accepted orders placed with Simel Racing Limited will be deemed to be covered under the jurisdiction of English Law.
To avoid waste and help protect the planet, all our sports bottles contain a small amount of recycled material and are made from food grade polyethylene.
